We ship Australia wide. At this stage we do not ship Internationally.

Dispatch is 2-3 business days from placing your order and then sent with Australia Post.

What are your earrings made of?

All earrings are made with epoxy resin, glitter and dye.

All hooks and studs are made of surgical stainless steel, making them suitable for most sensitive ears. The connecting jump rings are made from stainless steel and brass.

Can i buy two of the same earring?

Janky Creations are completely unique! Some are created with similar style and moulds, however, as these earrings are handcrafted individually using glitter and dyes, no two are the same. Pretty cool, hey?

Will my earrings look just like the photo?

Due to the nature of being handmade, products may have minor imperfections/blemishes/air bubbles. These are not faults or mistakes, it’s just the nature of creating with resin.

There may also be slight colour differences with the physical earrings compared to what you see on your screen. Lighting and photography may also alter the colours seen, however always try to capture the true colour/s

How do I take care of my earrings?

Make sure to store your earrings in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight and avoid water and moisture on your earrings.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Due to health and safety regulations, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted.  However, should you have any problem with your order please reach out as soon as possible and Janky Creations will be in touch.

What if THE EARRINGS ARE faulty?

Janky Creation takes huge pride in the crafting of their earrings. If you receive a faulty item please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll be in touch for a solution.
